Commitment to Candidate Service Charter

Kane Consulting works closely together with candidates to find the right career move at the right time for each individual:

  • Whether you are an experienced Executive personal assistant or a school leaver looking to break into the commercial arena, we are committed to offering all our candidates the high level of service more commonly associated with the search and selection of commercial candidates
  • We also appreciate that many high quality commercial candidates may not be actively looking for another role or indeed be registered with any agency. To this end Kane Consultancy, we will offer a bespoke, consultative approach. We will work in partnership with you to identify your ideal role
  • All relevant candidates will be interviewed by an experienced consultant who has an in-depth knowledge of the commercial market place
  • We will only make you aware of high quality positions when they arise.
  • We will not waste your time by suggesting unsuitable opportunities.
  • Under no circumstances will we send your resume to anywhere without your expressed consent.
  • You will be supplied with detailed job descriptions and relevant company information well in advance of the job interview.
  • We will partner you through the interview process- briefing and debriefing at every stage. 
  • We will return your calls!

Kane Consultancy is committed to all candidates registering with us irrespective of whether we place them into a temporary assignment or permanent position. To demonstrate our commitment we have developed a Service Charter prompting candidates to provide instant feedback either negative or positive directly to our Managing Director via our contact form.
