About Us
 Yvonne Kane is the founder and managing director of Kane Consulting in Brisbane. Recently opened in the Brisbane market, our focus is predominantly specializing in corporate services recruitment. Kane Consulting’s target market is mainly medium sized operations based in Brisbane and QLD uniquely partnering with businesses to save on their bottom line. That’s the space that Kane Consulting is going to be filling in 2008 as the company grows.
The establishment of the company is a result of almost eighteen months of planning in conjunction with the encouragement of clients and candidates to go out into business for herself. Yvonne wanted to build a business model that matched her beliefs of how a successful recruitment organisation should operate. She always believed that there were more efficient ways of doing things and this is the model that she is operating today.
Her ability to be able to relate and empathise with clients and candidates and build relationships has been a very powerful selling tool for the business. Yvonne has in total eight years of extensive experience in senior management roles in both her birthplace – Scotland UK and in Australia. Her previous experience within the recruitment industry has been performing at the highest of levels within Hays Accountancy Personnel in Scotland and Jobwire in Australia.
